Before proceeding, please make sure you are at least on version 3.185.0 of Arc Studio. If not, you can download it from here: https://www.arcstudiopro.com/download
First, open a script and please bring up the help center (question mark in the lower right corner):
A dialog window will open. Please follow these steps:
- Hold Alt (Option on mac) and click the caption reading “We are here to help”
- Click “Open Console”
- In the opened developer console, at the top, navigate to the “Console” tab
- Take a screenshot of the whole window. We are interested in the information indicated in the rectangle. Please also scroll up and take more screenshots, especially of any errors highlighted in red.
