How to send us a screenshot of the development console

First, open a script and please bring up the help center (question mark in the lower right corner):

A dialog window will open. Please follow these steps:

1. Hold Alt (Option on mac) and click the caption reading “We are here to help”
2. Click “Open Console”
3. In the opened developer console, at the top, navigate to the “Console” tab
4. Take a screenshot of the whole window. We are interested in the information indicated in the rectangle. Please also scroll up and take more screenshots, especially of any errors highlighted in red.
