How Do I Add and Remove Beats from the Beat Inbox?

You can move a beat from your Plot Board to the Beat Inbox or create a new beat directly in the Beat Inbox.

To move a beat from the Plot Board to the Beat Inbox (and vice versa):

1. Access the Beat Inbox by pinning open the left sidebar, selecting ‘Contents’ and then selecting Inbox.
2. To move a beat from the Plot Board, drag the bead and drop it inside the Beat Inbox.
3. To move a beat from the Beat Inbox to the Plot Board, drag the beat from the Inbox the spot you want it on the Plot Board. When a dark gray box appears on the Plot Board in the location where you want the beat to be, release it.

To create a new beat in the Beat Inbox:

1. Access the Beat Inbox by pinning open the left sidebar, selecting ‘Contents’ and then selecting ‘Inbox.”
2. Click the ‘+’ in the Beat Inbox
3. Give the beat a title
4. Hit ‘Tab’ and write the beat’s description

To delete a beat in the Beat Inbox:

Right-click on the beat and select ‘Remove beat, keep script section.’
