If you are having trouble updating the program, or if certain features aren't working correctly, you may need to clear Arc Studio's app data.
- Close the App
- Navigate to the App folder.
- on macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Arc Studio/
- on Windows: %APPDATA%\Arc Studio\
- Rename the "Arc Studio" folder to "Arc Studio_bkp"
If there is already a folder called “Arc Studio_bkp” then rename “Arc Studio” to "Arc Studio_bkp2” instead.
- Relaunch the app.
