- Highlight the portion of your script youād like to export.
- Click on the Export icon in the top bar.
- Select
Export file⦠- Click on
PDF - Click on the dropdown menu to the right Export area
- Select
Selected text - Click the Style dropdown arrow to choose
- Title page included
- Scene numbers included (They will only show if scene numbers have been assigned)
- Whether to show character highlights (They will only show if they are in the script)
- Font
- Any watermark you want included
- Click the Comments and Alts dropdown arrow if you want to include your comments and alts in your script. PLEASE NOTE: This feature is in Beta and the comments might not show in all PDF readers. We recommend opening the PDF in Chrome to read the comments on the PDF.
- Select what Changemarks you want to include in the export.
- Current will reflect whatever changemarks are currently shown in your script
- None will show no changemarks
- Custom lets you choose which draft you want to compare changes to, and how you want to see the changes (marked By Author, By Revision, All Blue, or None)
- Shows stars will show the star in the right margin for the changes.
- Click
Exportwhen youāve made all your selections. - Choose the name of the file and where you want it to be saved. (Make sure to note where youāre saving it so you can find it after.)
- Click āSaveā
