How Do I Take a Snapshot?

You can take a Snapshot with the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + S (Shift + Ctrl + S on PC)

You can also take the Snapshot via the Drafts sidebar.

1. Open the left sidebar

2. Pin the sidebar if you want to keep it open
3. Click on Drafts
4. Click + Snapshot

5. Name the snapshot, such as “Writer’s Draft” or “Blue Production Draft”
6. If you want it to be a colored Revision, click the toggle switch to Enable Revision Mode.
7. If you want to Start marking changes in the next draft, toggle it on.
8. Click Save
