How Do I Replace One Instance of A Word?

Press CMD + F (Windows: CTRL + F).
Enter the term you want to find and replace.
Toggle Advanced to change advanced settings like case matching and only matching whole words.
Toggle Replace and enter the word you want to swap in.
You will see all the instances of the initial search in the results field. Select the instance you want to replace and choose Replace one .
