While you are tracking changes, anything typed is changed to a blue text. You may want to hide the blue text in particular places throughout your text. There are two ways you can do this:
Hide Selected Marks: Hide just want is highlighted
- With change tracking activated, highlight the changed (blue) text you want to hide.
- In the palette bar at the bottom of your script, click the asterisk icon.
- Select ‘Hide selected marks’
Hide All Marks: Hide all the marks you made within a paragraph.
- Highlight a portion of text in the paragraph you wish to hide marks in.
- In the palette bar at the bottom of your script, click the asterisk icon.
- Select ‘Hide all’
‘Hide all’ hides all the changes in the paragraph, not the entire script. To hide all the changes in the script choose ‘Hide marks for me’ in the Changes menu in the tool bar.
