How Do I Share Custom Outlining Templates?

You can share custom Beats board beat templates that you have made with other Arc Studio users.

If you have a script open, click on the gear icon in the top right and then All settings.

1. Select Accounts tab
2. Select Templates from the list on the left
3. Find the template you want to share under “Script templates”
4. Click ‘Share.’ This will copy a link to your clipboard.
5. Send that link to the person you want to share the template with, or share it on the internet. With that link, users can make a copy of your template to use in their own scripts.

The icons next to the template name let you know what template include.

The cube icon indicates Outlining Beats are included in the template.

The open script icon indicates the script is included in the the template.

The note icon indicates notes are included in the template.

The paragraph icon indicates the script formatting is included in the template.
