In Arc Studio you can create a Branch Copy of your script. A Branch Copy is a copy of your Main Draft that you can make edits to without affecting your Main Draft. Once your done, you can choose which edits to the Branch Copy you want to incorporate into the Main Draft.
- Branch copies are for alternate edits you may or may not use. If you want to file a draft of your script, create a Snapshot instead.
- Don’t keep branches going forever. They are temporary workspaces. Keep it focused to a specific task (like an edit pass or scene rewrite) and then merge.
